Sport and Mental Performance Consultant
In high school, I played soccer, basketball, and baseball in Springfield, IL. Baseball afforded me the best opportunity to play at the next level and I attended St. Louis Community College at Forest Park on a baseball scholarship. While having success there, I was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2001 but decided to attend the University of Louisville to play Division 1 baseball and earn my degree.

Over the last 25+ years, I have been a competitive athlete, coach, sales professional, husband, father, and advocate for athletes. Equipped with a bachelor's degree in sport administration and a master's degree in sport psychology, the mission of GT Performance Consulting is to offer fresh perspectives to athletes, parents, coaches, teams, club organizations, and their support systems. My goal is to remove barriers, unlock potential, and unleash greatness.

With an abundance of empathy and compassion, I combine the latest sport psychology techniques, up-to-date research, and firsthand experience to provide a process-oriented playbook to help athletes navigate the demands of our modern-day sports culture.
